Lamarie ensures shipment of high quality products to its customers. Should you purchase faulty products, please contact our team on: email@example.com. The time period for returns is 7 days upon obtaining your product. Should we be out of stock, you will be contacted by the Lamarie team.

Available payment options:
Payment via credit card
Lamarie accepts credit card and debit/cheque card payment via Visa, MasterCard and America Express only, with assistance from Payfast www.payfast.co.za . We make use of the 3D-Secure authentication system to verify cardholder details with your bank; this links you directly to your bank via a secure link. The transaction then takes place within your bank’s secure environment and we won’t have access to any of your card details. Your card details will not be available to, or accessed by us or any third parties. When you return a purchase, the specified amount will be credited back to your bank account after it has been approved. Take note that only credit card payments are accepted in respect of Lamarie Deals orders.
EFT (electronic funds transfer)
This payment method requires the customer to transfer money directly from his/her account into Lamarie’s account, through computer-based systems. If you select EFT, you will be redirected to our secure payment gateway and asked to select your bank. The details for the EFT payment will then be displayed, along with instructions regarding references etc. All bank deposit EFT’s require proof of payment to be sent to email@example.com before your order will be processed. If payment does not reflect for an EFT transaction we may request proof of payment to be sent before your order is processed. Why should I use the EFT option? EFT is convenient in that it is not time consuming and it’s easy to use. Lamarie also creates a safe and trustworthy banking environment for the benefit of the customers and the company.
Take note that only South African EFT payments will be accepted and no international bank electronic transfers are accepted.

R70 will ensure delivery of your order the next working day. Orders must be placed before 16:00 on a working weekday.
Delivery Span time
Delivery times are within 3 working days for main city centres and 5 working days for outer areas. Deliveries are Monday to Friday 8am-5pm.
Main Cities: Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, George, Pretoria, Polokwane, Kimberly and Port Elizabeth, within 3 working days.
Parcels can be delivered to an office address. Enter the add address with your name upon checkout.
The delivery policy states deliveries within 3-7 working days. Contact the Lamarie Team to assist with location of your order. You will receive an email with a tracking number to inform you when your parcel is on the way/to track status of your parcel.
When you log into your account on the website www.lamarie.co.za you can track down the status of your parcel.
Placing an order
Your order gets processed after placing. A quality check is done, then your order gets shipped to your address as quickly as possible.
There are no charges for returning an item within 14days. Please see the Return Policy for more information or contact the Lamarie Team.

- Returns must be logged within 7 days upon delivery
- The item must be in a re-sellable condition
- The item must be in its original packaging, with labels attached
- Opened items
- Log a return within 7 days on the system
- An email confirmation will be sent to you by Lamarie team to arrange collection by courier
- Pack items in the same packaging as received
- Collections/Returns to the warehouse can take up to 4 working days for main city centres: Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, George, Pretoria, Polokwane, Kimberly and Port Elizabeth
- Items will be inspected upon arrival at the warehouse and refund initiated
- Cash refunds take 7 working days to reflect depending on banking institutions
